2. Personal data we collect
2.1 Waitlist sign-up
If you join our waitlist, we collect the information you submit:
- Email address (required)
- Provider preferences (which services you want to monitor, e.g. Cloudflare, Vercel, OpenAI)
- Region of interest (optional)
- Role (optional, e.g. developer, DevOps)
- Submission timestamp
We use this information to notify you about outages relevant to your preferences. We do not send unsolicited marketing. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
2.2 Analytics
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how the Service is used. This may include page views, approximate location (derived from IP address), device and browser type, referrer, and interactions with the site. We do not send your email address to Google Analytics.
2.3 Server logs
Our hosting infrastructure may automatically log technical data such as IP address, request time, URL, and browser user-agent. We use this for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
2.4 What we do not collect

3. Legal basis for processing
Depending on your location and the activity:
- Consent — waitlist sign-up (checkbox) and analytics cookies (cookie banner)
- Legitimate interests — operating and securing the Service, and aggregating anonymous usage data to improve the product
- Legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose data to comply with law
Under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection and GDPR (where applicable), you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
5. Third-party services
We may share data with the following categories of third-party service providers:

- Map tile providers — when you use the interactive map, your IP address may be visible to the map data provider
- Hosting and CDN providers — infrastructure providers that process server logs on our behalf
We do not send your personal data to the third-party services whose status pages we monitor. We require our processors to protect data under contract where applicable. A list of sub-processors is available on request.
6. How long we keep data
- Waitlist data: until you request deletion or we no longer need the data for the stated purpose
- Analytics data: per our Google Analytics retention settings (typically up to 14 months)
- Server logs: typically rotated within 90 days unless needed for security investigations
7. International transfers
We are based in Georgia. If you access the Service from the EU, UK, or other regions, your data may be processed in Georgia and in countries where our service providers operate (including the United States). Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or your consent.

9. Children
The Service is designed for professional use and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
